Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365
Each recruiter can choose to connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar. When they do, Retreev:
- shows the events from the calendars they choose next to their Retreev appointments, so they can see when they are free;
- creates, updates or cancels a calendar event, and sends the invitations, when they schedule an interview or call in Retreev and confirm who should receive it;
- shows attendees' replies (accepted, tentative, declined) on the appointment.
Connecting a calendar is optional. Retreev only uses calendar data to provide these features to the person who connected it. It does not sell calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time in Retreev's settings, and Retreev then deletes its copy of your calendar events.
